I finally did it – I created a place to write about my marketing passion and share my experience.
I think I’m contemplating running some sort of a blog since high school. That was definitely when (before the ‘10s) blogging was all the rage, and testing different content management systems (like WordPress, Joomla, and others) was something I was doing on a daily basis.
At that time (and since then), I lacked confidence in running one, being afraid that I wouldn’t have anything interested to say. Or even if I had something worthy to share, I lacked confidence in my writing skills. Plus, I always wondered if I’m more passionate about building a blog/website than actually running it.
Now, after almost nine years of doing marketing and creating, running, and writing god knows how blog posts, emails, documentation articles, ebooks, social media ads, landing pages, and so on, I feel a bit more comfortable expressing myself.
As for the “interesting” things I have to say, well, that’s for you to decide.
Now, when starting a blog and asking people to subscribe to it (btw, you are invited to do so), it’s a custom to make a solid promise and let people know what to expect.
What I can promise you is that I’ll write about marketing-related topics and spice everything with my opinions drawn from many hands-on experiments and experiences I’ve gathered along the many years of working in this field and in various companies.
I think a lot of the marketing content out there is shallow and mostly focused on marketing certain ways of doing things (ironic, right?) without considering the bigger picture or even taking a step back to reconsider their worth. I’ll try and do that here.
So, if you are interested in hearing what I have to say, join me on this adventure.

Oh, and you can probably expect around two posts a month. Other times there will be less, sometimes more. I won’t be strict with the schedule just to “push” something out. I’ll focus on writing when I have something interesting to share. I hope you’ll appreciate it.
